Systems (NSS), an Authorized independent retailer of DISH Network. Dish
South Asian brings the best South Asian Programming, delivered to subscriber’s
home from India and around the world. As the leading provider of International
television Channels in the United Stated, DISH Network broadcast over 200
Channels in over 28 languages with 100% digital delivery.
For over 12 years, NSS have been providing online
and traditional direct sales and marketing services to Dish Network. NSS
launched the DISH Network offer in 2002 and has now grown to be the 5th largest
authorized retailer of DISH Network in the USA and number one in online sales. As the leading provider of

In
order to manage their online
and direct sales and marketing, DISH Network needed an enterprise-level
solution. The planned site was supposed be one point solution for South Asian
channels, packages, dish network receivers,
FAQ's and placing orders for the
customers.
Ray Business Technologies
studied DISH Network requirement and after several brainstorming
sessions, they proposed Kentico CMS for the implementation of their site.
Goals:
DISH Network wanted
to have a site for their customers to know about the dish network channels,
packages and ordering information. They wanted to have a page that includes DVD
receivers and HD receivers list, including pdf
for each reciever for ordering.
Further, they wanted FAQ page with the list of questions
and answers about the DISH Network and also the content editing pages
like About Us, Program Requirements, News, Terms & Conditions, Privacy
policy.
Challenges

Main challenges are,
existing channel Images scrolling , popular shows and channels images sliding
on the home page and images slider on the master page.

Contact me form for the
customer to have a call from the specialist.
·
Back to top functionality
in the FAQ page to go to top of the page.
·
Order Info form for submitting
the customer's order information.
Solutions
- Images slider and scroller on the home page and master page : Created document types for the channels and the shows and displayed them in the repeaters with sliding and scroller effects with jquery.
- Contact Me Form: Created a bizform with the fields of name and phone number to have a call from the specialist.
- Packages: Created document type for the packages and displayed them on a repeater. By clicking on a particular link, it will redirect to the corresponding package.
- Channels: Created document types for all channels and displayed them on a repeater with paging.
- Technology: Created documents types for the DVD receivers and HD receivers and displayed them on a repeater with the corresponding pdf's.
- FAQ page with back to top functionality: Placed a back to top link at the bottom of each answer of the question to go to top of the page using jquery.

Order Info form: Created a BizForm which includes the fields like first
name, last name, email, phone number for submitting the order information of
the customer.
